About Survivall

A cross-sector investment and development platform transforming waste into resources, restoring heritage real estate, and structuring sustainable infrastructure globally.

Our Mission

Survivall's mission is to deploy capital, expertise and technology to unlock the latent value in underutilised assets—be they waste streams or historic properties. We operate as an investment and development vehicle that identifies and funds transformative projects, harnessing our network of engineers, architects, financiers, legal specialists and sustainability experts.

By combining patented circular-economy processes with sound financial structures, we turn mixed waste into clean electricity, fuels, water and fertiliser, while at the same time preserving and revitalising heritage real estate such as 15th-century châteaux.

Our ambition is to deliver reliable returns and measurable social and environmental benefits through projects that reduce waste, restore ecosystems, enhance cultural heritage and stimulate economic growth.

Our Vision

Our vision is to set a new benchmark for how diversified investment can drive a circular, regenerative economy. We imagine a world where companies like Survivall seamlessly bridge sectors—converting household waste into utility-scale resources, restoring historic sites into vibrant hospitality destinations and leveraging these assets to finance sustainable infrastructure across continents.

By mobilising our multidisciplinary network, we aim to build a portfolio of projects that span waste management, renewable energy, green housing and heritage redevelopment, proving that sustainability and profitability are not mutually exclusive.

In the long term, Survivall aspires to scale its patented technologies and investment frameworks globally and catalyse systemic change in how resources and cultural assets are valued.

Our Structure

Global Presence

Survivall Barcelona S.L. (NIF B09757220) is the anchor company of the Survivall group, headquartered in Barcelona with offices in Starnberg, Germany, and an engineering hub in Hammamet, Tunisia. Our platform brings together a powerful network of professionals in waste management, property development, engineering, finance, law and project management.

Operational Model

Survivall operates under design-build-finance-operate (DBFO) and design-build-operate (DBO) models, leveraging project finance structures, sovereign guarantees and private equity. We partner with governments, development banks, pension funds and private investors to secure the capital needed. Our ability to underwrite projects across multiple disciplines—and to use assets such as historical estates as collateral—gives us a unique edge in structuring and financing transformative initiatives.

Diversified Portfolio

Circular-Economy Infrastructure

We hold exclusive rights to a patented low-temperature catalytic depolymerisation process and integrate it with waste-to-energy, advanced recycling and multiple-effect distillation to convert waste into electricity, fuels, water and fertiliser.

Flagship projects include the Benue Integrated Resource Recovery plant in Nigeria (1,800–2,000 t/day), the Kinshasa mega-facility in DR Congo (9,000 t/day) and integrated developments in Niger State, Namibia, Zanzibar, Guinea and Ghana.

Heritage Redevelopment

Survivall invests in unique real estate assets, transforming them into luxury hospitality and wellness destinations while preserving cultural heritage.

Our first major project is the transformation of Château de Villecomtal in Aveyron, France—a 15th-century castle into a luxury wellness and hospitality complex featuring suites, a thalasso-therapy centre, a fine-dining restaurant and eco-bungalows. This project not only preserves a cultural monument but also serves as a financial asset.

Strategic Ventures

In line with our investment philosophy, Survivall explores opportunities in green housing, sustainable tourism, renewable energy and related sectors.

Our network's expertise accelerates innovation and delivers strong returns in complementary sustainable development areas.

Why We Are Unique

Knowledge Network

Our strength lies in our people and partners—specialists spanning engineering, catalytic chemistry, hospitality, finance, ESG compliance and policy advisory.

Patented Technology

Exclusive rights to cutting-edge catalytic depolymerisation technology developed by Dr. Christian Koch give us a technical advantage.

Integrated Approach

By investing across sectors (waste management, real estate, sustainable living), we spread risk and create synergies—e.g., using the value of a restored château to unlock capital for a circular-economy plant.

Impact-Driven

We measure success not only in financial returns but also in environmental restoration, cultural preservation and local job creation.
